In 2004 the company commissioned two residential buildings and one hotel: 7-storey residential block on â„– 35-37, Totleben Blvd. and a residential building on â„– 7-9, Rusaliyski Prohod St., Sofia, Elite Hotel Compound in Balchik. From January to November 2005 GLOBAL BUILD completed the rough construction of Belleview Hotel Compound in Varna Sea Garden, a residential compound in Studentski Grad and a residential building in Ovcha Kupel Res. Quart. The total unfolded built-up area is over 20000 sq.m. During 2006 year was completed Apart Hotel "Casablanca" - town of Obzor with 14000 sq.m. built up area ; two residential buildings in Avren near to town of Varna. In 2007 and 2008 we build over 50000 sq.m.: "Kavarna Hills" and "Kavarna Gardens" - town of Kavarna, Complex "COMFORT" - city of Sofia, "Hotel Two Stars" - town of Obzor, Office Building "PRESTIGE" - city of Sofia, Office Building "GRAWE" - city of Sofia with 14 floors and 3 levels underground garages. In the near future Global Build will commence "Complex Sunny Beach" - situated on 12000 sq.m. in Sunny beach and Complex "TWIN LINKS" - between town of Kavarna and Balchik with 16000 sq.m. build up area, Residential Buildings in Varna - Asparuhovo, Greek Section.
