The Beginning

Established in 2000 by eng. Daniel Dimov – as a Managing Director, Global Build starts its constructing business with several projects of building reconstruction – both public and private. Here below are some of the present characteristics of the company:

• Bulk – 35 persons staff
• Fields of competency and practice:
  - construction of living buildings including luxury houses and villas
  - engineering
• Management and team
  – execution and managing of the sales / human sources / technical equipment
  

Our Business Targets

• To strengthen our positions in the Bulgarian market
• To enter foreign markets and start operations in the EU countries
• To represent foreign companies in Bulgaria
• To expand our contacts with foreign companies; reinforce the connections made during the business training in The Netherlands and expand the partnership network

Future Vision

• Growing as a construction and engineering company, as well representative for Bulgaria of foreign industrial and building materials.
• Developing of strong international relations trough constructing of independent domains with different activities. With this the company will be prepared for future work in EU.
